Kayla Gordon will present “Street Photography: Getting Over the Jitters
Kayla’s passion for photography began at the age of 15, inspired by her father’s basement darkroom. While she has dedicated her career to theatre as a producer and director, her heart finds equal joy in capturing stories through her lens. Her favourite is the photos of people she captures wherever she goes
Kayla will share her expertise in street photography. The hardest part of street photography isn’t the camera settings—it’s the nerves. If the idea of pointing your lens at a stranger makes your heart race, this talk is for you.
We’re moving past the technicalities to focus on the social side of the street. Join us to learn how to trade that “street photography anxiety” for genuine connection and better shots.
