Pierre is a biologist and naturalist who has always loved travel and the outdoors. He took up photography in the late 1990s, mainly to document his travels and wildlife observations. But became more ambitious in his composition after reading about photography and attending WSPC meetings. Pierre was a member of the WSPC executive for 4 years. He particularly affections bird photography but likes to photograph dramatic landscapes.  The presentation illustrates two of his Arctic trips on small expedition ships where he worked as a guide.
