“Post-processing of Woodlands Photography” (Robert Bisson)

November 6, 2024 at 8:15

Robert has been a member of WSPC since about 2014, serving as President in 2018-19.  He had started with colour slide photography in the mid-1980’s, with a main interest in documenting his travels to various areas of the world.  He then evolved to digital photography in the early 2000’s,  starting with a point and shoot, evolving to first a DSLR and then a mirrorless system.  His photography interests had been quite diverse over the years, but primarily focused on landscape and wildlife topics.  His post-processing is mostly done with Adobe Lightroom Classic, along with Photoshop and more recently DxO PhotoLab.

A few weeks ago, Robert delivered a presentation on Woodlands Photography.  As part of the presentation, a brief overview of post-processing considerations were reviewed.  Since then, there were requests made for a post-processing demonstration.

Robert will provide post-processing demonstrations using both ACR/Photoshop and Lightroom workflows covering Raw file preparation, Luminosity (Tone) adjustments, Colour adjustments and final clean-up.
