Arjan was born in Iran and migrated with his family to Toronto over 30 years ago and has been calling Winnipeg home for the past 16 years. He works in the Engineering Consulting industry. He has Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Civil Engineering, and a Masters in Geographical Engineering.

He has been interested in photography since high school photography club but never really advanced beyond point and shoot till he bought his first DSLR approximately 10 years ago.

Arjan loves many formats of photography such as macro, long exposure, landscape and nature, portrait, architectural, and recently aerial photography.

In this presentation he will be discussing “A New Perspective with Drones.” He will review the current and upcoming rules for flying drones in Canada, some pointers, dos and don’ts, and present some of his captures of the past couple of years.
